Services

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation, six weeks

An end-to-end implementation spanning process design, data, security, automation, integration, production release, adoption and handoff.

1. Process and release boundary. Map the operational path, roles, exceptions, measures and first-release backlog. Proof: approved process map and acceptance scenarios.
2. Dataverse and experience design. Define the tables, relationships, permissions, forms, views and operator path, confirmed in a playback. Proof: approved data, security and experience blueprint.
3. Core configuration. Build the Dataverse record, role-based application and primary workflow in the client environment. Proof: the primary path works end to end.
4. Automation and exceptions. Add agreed approvals, notifications, exception handling and one bounded integration. Proof: release candidate with traceable exceptions.
5. Acceptance and release rehearsal. Run operator scenarios, validate access, repair material defects and rehearse deployment and rollback. Proof: acceptance, security review and release approval.
6. Production release and handoff. Deploy the managed release, verify production, train administrators and transfer the release record. Proof: verified production release and handoff pack.

You receive the configured solution, the control evidence (security decisions, acceptance results, deployment record) and a supportable handoff (administrator guide, release notes, training and next-release backlog).

Enterprise AI implementation, six weeks

A governed AI pilot inside a real workflow: knowledge assistants, document intelligence for intake and casework, case triage with human review, and agents inside Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

1. Frame value and failure. Map the task, users, sources, decision authority, measurable outcome and unacceptable failure modes.
2. Prepare sources and permissions. Inventory approved knowledge, confirm access rules, build the evaluation set and prove the target environment.
3. Build the grounded core. Configure retrieval, prompts, citations and the first working interaction against approved material.
4. Put it inside the workflow. Add human review, logging and safe handling for uncertainty.
5. Evaluate and harden. Test quality, citations, permissions, refusals and user scenarios, and document residual risk.
6. Release the governed pilot. Publish to the approved group, enable monitoring, train owners and make an explicit scale decision.
